ROXY ANN is a 22 lb, 8.5 yr old Shih Tzu looking for that special person that will treat her with the kindness she deserves. She's already spayed, heartworm negative, completely house trained, and will walk on a leash. She’s had a hard time with allergic dermatitis that caused her to have skin inflammation and anxiety to the point she lost patches of hair and it was painful to touch or brush her. She is responding well to treatment (meds, medicated shampoo, and a special diet) and her beautiful tan/gray/white hair has grown back. She still doesn’t like being brushed and will nip if you try to mess with her face. She likes being bathed and blow dried as long as her face and feet are not handled.

It takes Roxy some time for her to trust people and she will give a warning growl to give her some space. She will do best in a low stress home with no children.
