Courtesy Post: Meet Ozzy!
Location: Gulfport, MS
Breed: Pit/Lab Mix
DOB: 5/22/2021
Color: Brown and White Brindle
Weight: 70 lbs
Ozzy is a handsome, loving boy who has been part of his family since he was just 8 weeks old. He is neutered , housebroken , and up-to-date on all vaccinations and heartworm prevention (veterinary care provided by Saucier Vet).
He’s great with both dogs and cats, though his playful energy means he may unintentionally overwhelm smaller animals. He currently shares his home with a 15-year-old Dachshund and a 3.5-year-old Black Mouth Cur. While there are no children in his current home, Ozzy has been around kids without any issues.
Ozzy isn’t obedience trained, but he’s a well-mannered dog who isn’t destructive and has no behavioral concerns. He’s never bitten or shown aggression toward people.
This active, happy pup thrives on Purina Pro Plan Sport dog food. A large crate will be provided to his adopter for his comfort and security.
If you’re looking for a friendly and playful companion with a big heart, Ozzy might be the perfect fit!
Adoption Requirements:
All dogs adopted through Tired Dog Rescue are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations. Please review our adoption guidelines and apply at Tired Dog Rescue .
We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
