Ok, here is an update on Gypsy: she has gained some weight, had another surgery and is healing well. She still has to be treated for heartworms. She is very eager to please and at times needs reassurance. She has been on crate rest during her stay with me, so she is very excited when she is out. She has adjusted to the leash well, and does not attack her food, in fact she likes it when we sit with her whole she eats...unusual for a dog that was starving. This baby girl needs a home with a fenced in yard, as it is in her nature to hunt...leading to wondering off. Or a near-by dog park. She eats regular Dog Chow and once she is completely healthy, she will be good to go. Please consider opening your home to Gypsy Rose, she will melt your heart. I am reporting a picture of her when she first came in, and a few resent ones. Gypsy weighs about 25 lbs.  Local only, being treated for HW.  Is available for foster to adopt to an approved home.
