Ellie is a striking 7-year-old black tri beauty, mostly black, with a heart as big as her personality. Weighing 28 lbs., she’s full of charm, smarts, and energy. Raised in a loving home as the only dog, Ellie has blossomed into a precocious companion who knows basic commands and is fully potty trained—including using a doggy door like a pro!

This girl lives for playtime—whether it’s chasing balls, balloons, or her favorite soccer ball. She’d love an active home where she can get in her two daily sessions of 15-25 throws (and yes, she’ll be counting!).

Ellie eats Balance Pro for Sensitive Skin and Stomach twice a day and does best on that diet. She’s sometimes a bit vocal—barking or whining—but quiets down quickly with a gentle correction.

Ellie is afraid of bad weather and may need a little extra comfort with Trazodone or Benadryl during storms.

⚠️ Important Note: Ellie does not get along with other dogs, particularly larger ones (she’s shown aggression toward a 45 lb. Aussie). She must be the ONLY DOG in the home.
