Toby Landon
Breed: Yorkshire Terrier
Age: 8 years
Weight: 11.8 lbs
Rescue: Tired Dog Rescue
Toby Landon is a sweet senior Yorkie with a gentle soul and a big heart. At 8 years old, he’s the perfect blend of laid-back and lovable. Despite a few age-related issues—like cataracts, arthritis, and a heart murmur—Toby gets around just fine at his own pace. In fact, one of his favorite pastimes is strolling all 4 acres of the dog park, charming every human he meets. And trust us—they all fall in love with him.
Toby has bilateral grade 4 medial patella luxations (fancy words for wobbly knees), but he doesn’t let that stop him from enjoying life. He’s also suspected to have early degenerative mitral valve disease, which is being monitored closely.
This sweet guy is neutered, up to date on his care, and looking for a quiet, loving home where he can continue his leisurely adventures. If you’re looking for a gentle companion with a heart of gold, Toby might just be your perfect match.
Ready to fall in love? Toby is available through Tired Dog Rescue.

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
