***Local adoption only***Well, hello there.  My name is Mervielle , and I'm told I am a miracle dog.  I have had quite the life where unfortunately I wasn't properly cared for.  Thankfully, several kind people found me and were determined to make me well again.  I am a fighter and was determined to get healthy for them and find my forever family to love!  

I am about 10 years old and a female poodle mix.  I am very, very sweet and just want to love on people.  I guess you could say I'm a professional snuggler.  I am mostly blind and a hard of hearing (getting older is a blessing!) but that doesn't slow me down!  I love cruising around the house and finding my people so we can snuggle.  

I would love a family without small children or animals that could frighten or accidentally harm me.  I am looking for a human cuddle companion that can treat me like the princess I am.  I promise you that loving a senior dog is one of the best things you could ever do.  I'll show you! 

I will be up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and micro chipped as soon as I gain more weight and am able to have that done.  I am housebroken, heartworm negative, and full of love!  I do have a limp in my back right leg, but the doctor thinks it's arthritis or an old injury but again, it doesn't slow me down much.  I am happy to wander around the house and yard enjoying the spoiled dog life.  If you would like to be a part of my journey and love on me forever, please apply at http://www.tireddogrescue.org today!
