TINY TEEKO NEEDS SOME TLC  Little Teeko is a 13-year-old Shih Tzu mix who really needs a special place for his forever home. Teeko was loved but terribly neglected before his owner decided to let him go. When he came into care, Teeko could barely walk because his coat was so out of control. His mobility difficulty temporarily caused him to forget his house training but since being groomed it's coming back to him. Even with the trauma of leaving the only home he's ever known in Louisiana, then traveling to a shelter, then to Mississippi and TDR, he has not lost his sweetness and ability to love. Teeko is responding to his foster mother's TLC and also the excellent vet care he has received in both states since being rescued. Teeko is neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations. He has cataracts and dental disease. At nine pounds, this little guy needs to put on some weight.
