IT'S A G'DAY TO ADOPT KITSY This Toy Australian Shepherd is a gorgeous four year-old with an energetic and sensitive nature. Kitsy was rescued from a puppy mill where she was used for breeding. It's no wonder she dislikes being in a crate and that she sometimes has potty accidents when she's under stress. Since coming into foster care, however, Kitsy is learning to trust the people in her life. Although she still doesn't enjoy being crated, after a few minutes she will relax and fall asleep. This little girl enjoys playing with toys and other dogs. She also tolerates cats and behaves well around children. Although she doesn't fight the leash, this active breed needs a fenced-in yard with room to run. Kitsy is a grade-A cuddlebug and enjoys sleeping with her people. She is scheduled to be spayed and have a dental cleaning, and also will have a bladder stone removed that could reduce or eliminate her potty accidents. Kitsy is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and on regular prevention treatment for fleas/ticks/heartworms. Available from Tired Dog Rescue, Gulfport, MS. Fee: $175. Apply at tireddogrescue.org.
We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
