THE DEFINITION OF A RESCUE  Lucy Anne came to TDR from another shelter. Her owner had left her there with instructions that she be put to sleep. This 7-year-old rat terrier mix weighs 15 pounds and is heartworm negative. She's also spayed, up to date on her shots and recently had a dental cleaning. Lucy Anne is a sweet girl who is crate trained and does well in the car. Right now she's a little nervous, and is sticking to her foster parent like Velcro.
