Mattie is a 10 year old female Shih Tzu. She is housebroken..kennel trained..uses a dog door to go outdoors and to come back inside..can do a few steps up and down..she will sit on command..she walks pretty well on a leash. She is a real velcro dog, wants to be right where you are. She is cautious around new dogs..but warms up quickly. She is heartworm positive so should have restricted activities, but some P.T. on her (R) front leg...She weighed 6 lbs when she came into the E.R...but as a result of eating really well, she now weighs 7.4 lbs. She will bear weight on her (R) front leg when standing/walking slowly. She is a very sweet dog and is looking for her new furever home. Spayed, up to date, heartworm negative and micro-chipped.
