About Jonah | |

|
Jonah is a glass half-full kind of guy. Full of life and love!! Jonah has been through some bad times but he NEVER gave up. He fought hard and we fought with him! I believe with all my heart that he beat the odds because of his positive attitude.
When we were called in Jonah had been hit by a car and had extensive injuries. Jonah went through many surgeries to include having his entire ear taken off both inside and out. So yes he is deaf on one side but hears twice as good out of the other. He may look a little odd but that does not slow him down. Jonah is great with other dogs, cats, and kids too. He would do great as an only dog or with another dog. He loves men and woman. The only meds he is on is some eye drops for his left eye. He does have a head tilt that may be permanent due to the ear canal removal. But the specialist said it should correct. Jonah’s likes or loves TREATS, riding in the car and walks with his BFF. He also loves to be held like a baby and listening to music. He has a wide variety of musical interest. He is potty trained but will still sometimes mark but hoping that completes stops once his testosterone level drops from neuter. He is ok in the kennel but will sometimes whine because he wants to be with you. He is super smart and has already learned to sit and shake. We think he is approximately 10 years old but has many years left to love. If you are interested in giving Jonah the home he has always deserved please fill out an app at www.tireddogrescue.com His fee is 125.00 and apps can be found at www.tireddogrescue.com Thanks for looking.
We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
